Great location near the center and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was decent with a comfortable bed and a spacious shower.
The smell in the room was very unpleasant and the breakfast was below average. The parking situation was also a hassle and very difficult to navigate.

During my stay at Albergo Delle Alpi, I really appreciated the clean and updated room. The hotel's location, just a few minutes from the train station and centro storico, made it convenient for exploring Belluno. The service I received was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. The beds were super-comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel also provided a comfortable heating system, which was perfect for the chilly winter weather. The smart TV with Netflix was a nice touch, and the wifi, although not the fastest, worked well enough. I had a very pleasant experience at Albergo Delle Alpi, and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
One drawback was the limited selection of restaurants in the area, with only a small number to choose from besides "La Buca. " Additionally, the mini fridge in the room was outdated and not functioning perfectly.

During my Xmas stay, I enjoyed the hotel's central location, just a few minutes from the train station and close to many shops and restaurants. the room was clean and updated, with comfortable bedding and modern amenities. the staff was very friendly and always willing to help.
I found it a bit inconvenient to have to track down housekeeping to defer daily maid service. It would have been more helpful if there was a door hanger available to notify them.
